I recently had the honor of being interviewed for the Young Entrepreneurs Podcast, by hosts Ethan Thompson and Mandee Widrick.  It was a pleasure to talk with two like minded young business people as these. Both Ethan and Mandee can be found on Twitter and Facebook.

You can listen to the interview on the Young Entrepreneurs Podcast website.

The gracious Missy Unruh of The Silver Steer Boutique kindly asked me to talk about the inspiration behind my new tee design for Lone Wolf Media Apparel. You can read my thoughts about the concept of the design on her Belle of the Barn blog. I also encourage you to visit her blog often for true to life insights on family ranch life, it’s a great read!

Recently completed and just unveiled: A custom logo mural for the upscale optical boutique, The Bent Lens, in historic downtown Bozeman, Montana! This is the first mural I have ever attempted, and am very grateful that it turned out so well and that Susan Brownell, my good friend and owner of The Bent Lens, was totally satisfied with it. What a wonderful experience it was to travel to a beautiful state like Montana, and work with genuinely kind people like Susan, her family, and employees. I will never forget them, or the opportunity they gave me. I definitely want to return for a visit!

I have enclosed some photos of the mural, and the annual Bent Lens cocktail party, at which it was unveiled to the public.

I am very pleased to announce the unveiling of a very special project that has been months in the works. Introducing Meg, the official “Cowgirl Rep” and icon of Cowgirl on Coffee company!  Cowgirl on Coffee is a unique company that exemplifies the Wild West cowgirl spirit unlike any other western oriented company I have ever been acquainted with.  They offer a wide array of coffee blends, and coffee products, including their famous “Cowpies,” delicious coffee and chocolate cookies.  You can also shop their collection of Cowgirl on Coffee apparel, which feature Meg, as well as original cowgirl attitude words of wisdom no cowgirl should be without!  Visit their website today!  They are also on Myspace, Twitter, and Facebook.

I am extremely honored to have illustrated Meg for the owners of Cowgirl on Coffee, Sonya and Josie.  These two authentic cowgirls are two of my closest and dearest friends and working with them has been nothing short of a pure joy. I will always be grateful to them for their support and friendship.
